An associate in the firm of Foran Glennon Palandech & Ponzi, Brian T. Parsons concentrates his litigation practice in casualty, products liability, and professional liability defense. He has participated in the trials of products liability, professional liability, and commercial cases in the state courts of Illinois. He has also taken part in numerous arbitrations and mediations and has significant experience consulting with insurers regarding claims handling and investigations.

Education
Mr. Parsons earned his B.S. degree from Illinois State University in 1994 and his J.D. degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 2000. While at Loyola, he won the C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Awards in Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy and was honored for Best Oratory Performance at the 1999–2000 Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Parsons is authorized to practice law in Illinois and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
