A founding partner of the firm, James B. Glennon concentrates his practice in the areas of loss recovery/subrogation, international litigation, products liability, construction litigation, casualty litigation, and first-party property insurance coverage. In addition to his extensive domestic and international litigation experience, Mr. Glennon also has been involved in numerous high-profile lawsuits, served as a panelist on America’s Best Lawyers on SkyRadio, presented at industry conferences, and published articles on various litigation related topics.

Education
Mr. Glennon earned his B.A. degrees in government and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame in 1985 and his J.D. degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in 1988. He was also a member of Loyola’s Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Team, the Midwest Regional Champion.

Bar Admissions
Mr. Glennon is authorized to practice law in Illinois, Nevada, and Indiana and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, District of Nevada, and Northern District of Indiana. He has also represented clients in matters pending in state and federal courts in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Mr. Glennon has also litigated matters in the Bahamas, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan.
