Senior Counsel in the firm’s California office, Kevin J. Price concentrates his practice in the prosecution of subrogation actions, the defense of insurance coverage, property damage and personal injury actions and business litigation. He has prosecuted and defended cases involving collapse, water, fire and explosion, as well as breaches of contract, construction accidents, and personal injuries. He has argued before the Louisiana Court of Appeals. |

Mr. Price earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Loyola Marymount University in 1992, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School in 1995, both in Los Angeles, California..

Mr. Price is authorized to practice law in California and in the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern districts of California. He has been admitted on a pro hac vice basis for cases in Louisiana, Nevada, and investigated losses in many other states.
