He also has counseled contractors, architects, and engineers regarding a myriad of construction related issues and has represented property insurers during the claims handling and investigation process. |
Education
Mr. Boylan earned his B.A. degree in economics and
history from the University of Michigan in 1992 and his J.D. degree from
Boston University School of Law in 1995.
Bar Admissions
Mr. Boylan is
authorized to practice law in Illinois and in the U.S. District Courts
for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern District of Wisconsin,
and District of Colorado. He has also represented clients in matters
pending in state and federal courts in California, Wisconsin, Indiana,
Iowa, New York, Ohio, and Texas.
