version   A founding partner of Foran Glennon Palandech & Ponzi, Thomas B. Orlando concentrates his practice in appellate law, commercial litigation and consulting, insurance, and professional liability. His expertise is in appellate practice; commercial dispute avoidance and resolution, including association law; commercial property and liability coverage and litigation, including primary, excess, and reinsurance matters, and bad faith and business interruption issues; and construction. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and prior to pursuing his legal career worked for the firm of Price Waterhouse. |
Education
Mr. Orlando earned his B.S. degree in accounting with a minor in history from Miami University in 1988 and his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1994.

Mr. Orlando is authorized to practice law in Illinois and in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third and Sixth Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, Eastern District of Michigan, Northern District of Ohio, and Eastern District of Wisconsin. He has also represented clients in matters pending in state and federal courts throughout the country.
