version   An associate with the firm, Zachary Ransel concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability, commercial litigation, construction law and international commercial disputes. Additionally, Mr. Ransel has significant experience in Magnuson-Moss and consumer fraud defense, as well as ample UCC Article 2 experience. Prior to joining Foran Glennon Palandech & Ponzi, he served with the law firm of Siegel, Moses & Schoenstadt, where he gained extensive experience in litigation, franchise law, beverage distribution law, and local, state, and federal licensing regulation.
